Welcome to Sinceraly Ambiance Catering

At Sincerely Ambiance Catering, we’re more than just a catering service—we’re a family tradition. Our story began with my late brother, Carlton, who started Ambiance Network in Atlanta in 1993. His dream was to bring people together with fantastic food from every corner of the country, thanks to a talented network of chefs from Chicago, Texas, the Carolinas, Georgia, and the West Coast.
Carlton’s vision was all about exceptional service and unforgettable events. We carry that spirit forward with our motto: “nothing we can’t handle.” Whether it’s a family reunion, graduation, baby shower, or Sunday dinner, we’ve catered over 2,000 events across the states, and we’re here to make sure yours is just perfect.
How It All Started
Our menu is a heartfelt tribute to my family’s rich legacy. My mother, Sallie Loche Youngblood, and my father, Tater, have infused their love and traditions into every dish we serve. My mother’s recipes, like peach cobbler, pound cake, tea cakes, and banana pudding, are staples that remind us of home. Tater’s renowned Bar-B-Que ribs with homemade sauce, baked turkey with cornbread dressing, and oxtails are beloved classics that continue to delight our guests.
We also honor my mother’s legacy through her company, Hone-do-Catering, known in Boston and LA for her famous chicken salad and homemade lemonade. Those recipes remain some of our most requested, and we’re proud to keep her memory alive through every event we cater.
